Class packages may be used to book (4, 10, or Unlimited) In Studio Classes per month. The classes expire 35 days after sale date. Late Cancel/No Show policy apply to all services. Please see our Policies page for more details.
Terms and Conditions
Commitment Period:
4-month minimum commitment required. After completion of your first 4 months, your membership will renew for another four months. You may terminate at any time, with 7 day notice, once you complete the initial fourth month contract. We ask for 7 days notice for membership cancellations (emailed to hello@ascendancestudios.org) or we cannot guarantee it will be processed before the next auto-draw payment date.
Membership commences on the date of sign up and amount will be charged on that date of the month, each month, unless otherwise noted or requested.
Membership Cancellation:
Membership may be canceled following the 4 month commitment period, with a minimum of 7 day’s notice, by emailing hello@ascendancestudios.org.
Membership Changes:
Members may upgrade to a membership tier with more classes at any time. Members must complete an initial four month contract before they may downgrade to a membership with less classes.
Class Package Expiration:
Class packages may be used to book (4, 10, or Unlimited) In Studio Classes per month. The classes expire 35 days after payment date.
In the event of a Membership Termination or Cancellation all unused class credits shall be forfeited 30 days from the date of notice. In the event of a Membership Downgrade, all remaining credits will be forfeited effective on the date that the downgrade occurs.
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Scheduling & Additional classes:If you need more classes than what refreshes monthly, you can purchase additional classes at a member discount at ($18 or $20, membership tier depending) for each class. Classes cannot be used until payment date. We are discontinuing Unpaid signups for classes. All class reservations must be prepaid.
Cancellations:
We have a 12 hour cancellation policy for classes. As long as you cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled class or wait list, you will not lose that class. In Studio Classes - Canceling within the 12 hours will result in loss of a class from your package.
Membership Suspensions:
Membership suspension is allowed for medical reasons only except as stated below. Medical suspensions are limited to up to a two (2) month period and require written recommendation from a medical professional.
After 2 consecutive months, each member is allowed 1 single month Non-Medical suspension per membership year. The fee for any Non-Medical suspension is $15.00 per month, due on the same day your auto-pay normally draws.
We ask for 7 days notice for any suspension requests or we cannot guarantee it will be processed before the next auto-draw.
Membership Payments:
To be eligible for one of our Memberships, a valid credit card is required. All memberships paid monthly will renew automatically month to month. Failure to pay for the current month (due to insufficient funds, lost or stolen cards, or other circumstances) will render your membership inactive until payment has been reestablished. You will not be allowed into class until your account is current.
Force Majeure:
The provisions of this Agreement may be suspended and performance delayed or cancelled if performance is made impracticable by an Act of God, terrorism, labor dispute, action of court or public authority, pandemic, military action, riots, natural disasters, or any other reason beyond the reasonable control of either party.
Pricing and Scheduling changes:
Membership prices are subject to change. In the event of a membership price increase, members will be notified via email. They will be notified one month or more prior to the change with the opportunity to submit a 7 day written cancellation or change notice.
Class schedule is subject to change without notice. Please check our website for up to the minute changes, additions, and/or cancellations.
