Aerial Fabric

Aerial hammock or sling, is a looped silk. The weight of the body is either partially or fully supported by the hammock. We offer sling and aerial yoga variations.

Silks (sometimes called tissue) hang in two long strands from a single point in the ceiling and students will learn how to climb, wrap, suspend, and more as they build core and upper body strength developing their skills. This apparatus is great for folks who enjoy puzzles and problem solving!
